Have your own truck? We’ll load it.
Rented a truck, trailer or portable container and just need the labor? We’ll send a crew to load it. Just make sure there are enough moving blankets on board so we can pad your furniture properly.
Loading well is a skill. Heavy, square pieces go in first against the front wall, mattresses and tabletops stand on edge, boxes stack heaviest on the bottom, and every tier gets tied off so the load can’t shift. A tight load is a safe load.
Just arrived?
Did you just move in and need an extra hand getting the truck unloaded? Tell us where and when, and we’ll send a crew your way to get it done fast, with every box in the right room.
“I first used them to help me move a fridge up an impossibly narrow stairway with a bend. They did such a great job I used them again.”

- Furniture assembly, junk haul-off

Before the crew arrives
- Have the truck parked and open as close to the door as you safely can.
- Get blankets and straps. Most truck rental places rent pads by the dozen.
- Finish packing. Loose items slow the crew down and don’t stack well.
- Tell us about stairs and elevators at both ends if we’re loading and unloading.
Loading questions
Do you load portable storage containers?
Yes. Containers load just like a truck. Let us know the size and where it’s parked.
Can you unload at one house and leave?
Yes. Unloading-only jobs are common. We place everything in the right rooms and can put beds back together if you need it.
What if I don’t have moving blankets?
Tell us when you book. Furniture needs padding to travel safely, so we’ll talk through options before moving day.
