LaVerkin & Toquerville movers
About 22 miles northeast of St. George
Moving in LaVerkin
LaVerkin sits just north of Hurricane on SR-9, above the Virgin River, with Toquerville a few minutes farther on. It’s a quieter corner of Washington County, and moves here tend to involve bigger lots and outbuildings.
From LaVerkin it’s SR-9 back through Hurricane to I-15, or SR-17 through Toquerville to I-15 at Anderson Junction for moves headed north. Either way, we plan the drive into the day.
“He helped with things that were too heavy for me and did not leave till beds were set up! Loved his customer service.”

Before a LaVerkin move
Count the outbuildings
Sheds, barns and workshops are easy to forget. Include them in your inventory so nothing gets left behind.
Watch the afternoon sky
Summer monsoon storms can roll in fast in the afternoon. An early start helps, and everything we carry is wrapped in pads and plastic.
Label by room
Because there’s a drive involved, boxes packed and labeled by room before we arrive keep the day moving.
Mark the route in
Unpaved roads and long driveways are common. Let us know where a box truck can safely park.

LaVerkin moving questions
Do you move to and from Toquerville?
Yes. LaVerkin, Toquerville and the towns along SR-9 toward Springdale are all part of our service area.
Will rain stop a move?
Usually not. We’ve moved plenty of customers in the rain. Furniture gets wrapped in pads and plastic, and we’ll talk with you if a storm makes anything unsafe.
Can you help with just the heavy items?
Yes. If you’re moving the boxes yourself, we can come for the furniture, appliances or anything too heavy to lift.
